Finding land is no longer the hard part. Finding land that can realistically deliver the power, zoning, permitting, and community support those operators need, on the timeline they require, is. That’s where we operate.
Our work starts with the fundamentals: transmission access, utility coordination, interconnection timing, fiber, water and wastewater feasibility, environmental constraints, and local political support. We coordinate the technical, regulatory, and community-facing work that determines whether a site performs, or stalls.Most land developers lack utility and infrastructure fluency.
Most infrastructure developers lack the local presence to earn trust in host communities. PRSM bridges both. The result, for end users and investors, is sites with fewer unkowns.
WHAT WE DO
We manage the front end of data center land development, from site identification through entitlement, utility coordination, market positioning and collaborative local partnerships.
How we engage depends on the site and the partner: powered land sale, joint venture through development, or turnkey delivery with construction partners.
